Put Your Sessions on Your Phone Calendar

The Hitting MD · ~2 min
There are two ways, and they do different jobs. Add to Calendar drops one session in right now. Subscribe is a one-time setup, after which every session you book appears on its own. Most families want both.

Option A — Subscribe once

Set this up one time and you can stop thinking about it. One link covers your whole family.
1
Open Book a Session
From your portal, tap the Book a Session card — that is where the training schedule lives. (Parents: open the Schedule tab, choose your athlete, and tap Load Schedule.) Above the first day is a button that reads Add my sessions to my calendar. Note that My Schedule is a different card — that one holds games, showcases and camps, and the calendar button is not on it.

2
Tap it and add the calendar
Tap Add to Phone Calendar and your phone will offer to subscribe. If you’re on a computer, or want to send it to another parent’s phone, tap Copy Link instead and paste it wherever you need it.

That’s it — it keeps itself current
Every session you book from now on shows up in that calendar without you doing anything. If a parent and a player both want it, add the same link on both phones.

Option B — Add one session now

For when you want a session in your calendar this second, or you’d rather not subscribe at all.
4
Tap your booked session
On the Schedule, tap the session with your name on it. Three buttons appear: Change Session, Cancel, and Add to Calendar.

5
Tap Add to Calendar
Your phone saves it straight away, with a reminder set for two hours before. Do this for each session you want in there.
Two things worth knowing

The subscription can lag. Phones decide for themselves how often to refresh a subscribed calendar. It usually catches up within a few hours, but iPhones can take most of a day. If you need a session in your calendar right now, use Add to Calendar on the session itself — that’s instant.

Add to Calendar is a snapshot. If you later cancel or move that session, the copy in your calendar stays where it was. The subscribed calendar is the one that corrects itself.

Keep your link private. It shows your own family’s sessions and names, and no one else’s — but anyone you send it to can see your session times.
