When The Hitting MD asks the group something, it shows up as a message in your portal — and as a notification on your phone. The message has a link in it. Tap the link.

Answer it
The question opens on its own page. Pick your answer — some questions ask you to pick one, some let you pick several, some are yes or no, some are a 1–10 rating, and some just ask you to write something.

Your choice lights up gold so you can see what you picked before you send it.

That is it
You get a confirmation straight away. Nothing else to do — close the page whenever you like.

Changed your mind? Answer again
Tap Change my answer, or open the same link from your Messages again. Your previous answer is already filled in, so you can just change it and send. If the question has a closing date, you can change it right up until then.
These are not anonymous. Your name is saved with your answer, and the page says so before you send. That is on purpose — the answers are how The Hitting MD team plans your training and the schedule, and an answer they cannot put a name to is one they cannot act on. Parents answer under their own account; athletes answer under theirs.
