How to Buy a Credit Package

Sign in to the parent or player portal and tap Store in the top menu, then choose Credit Packages from the dropdown. A Credit Package is 5, 10 or 20 sessions in one payment — no membership, nothing recurring, nothing to cancel. There is also a Buy button beside each package on the Academy page for your hitter’s group, and that one takes you straight to checkout — no need to come here at all. You have to be signed in for it to work, and if you have more than one hitter it asks which one first. Your first package of the year carries the $125 a year access fee on the same checkout; every package after it, for the next twelve months, is the package price on its own.

If you have more than one hitter, choose them at the top. It matters: Academy Middle School and Academy Prep are priced differently, and the page shows the packs that belong to the hitter you pick. There is no Credit Package for Academy High School — a High School hitter trains on a membership, or on the $50 Same-Day Pass, which works at every age. If Marcus has not set their group yet you will be asked to pick one, and he will put it right if it is not quite the one.

The bigger the pack the cheaper each session, and the longer it lasts — 45 days for a 5, 90 for a 10, 180 for a 20. The sessions are ordinary credits: they land on the account the moment the payment clears, they book up to 30 days ahead, the waitlist is open to you, and the usual cancellation rules apply.

A Credit Package comes with the $125 a year access fee, and it is added to the same checkout as your first pass — one card entry, one receipt. It renews on its own twelve months later. If you already pay the $125 on another plan you are not charged it twice. Buying a second pass later adds its sessions to what you already hold, and the expiry only ever moves outward, so a short pass can never shorten a date a longer one already set.

If your hitter is on a monthly, quarterly, annual or unlimited plan, their sessions already come with it — so the tab will tell you that rather than selling you one. Book with the credits you have, or buy a single session if you need an extra.
