How to Buy and Use a Same-Day Pass

Sign in to the parent or player portal, tap Store, and choose Credit Packages from the dropdown. The Same-Day Pass sits at the bottom of that tab under Just today. It is $50 at every age, so there is no group to pick for it.

This is the part to get right: a Same-Day Pass is good for the day you buy it, and only that day. It cannot be saved for next week and it cannot be put on tomorrow’s hour. Buy it on the morning you want to come in.

Go to Book a Session and pick an hour on today’s date. The pass is spent as you book. If your hitter already holds ordinary credits, those are spent first — so a pass you bought for today is never used up by accident on something else.

It is not a credit sitting on the account, it unlocks no membership perk, and no membership discount applies to it. It carries no yearly fee. A family on a membership cannot buy one — their sessions come with their plan, and a single session is the same $50 and is the product that exists for them. If you cancel a session you used a pass on, the pass does not come back on its own — message Marcus and he will sort it out.
