More than 2 hours out — free
Cancel any time up to 2 hours before the session and it costs nothing. Your credit goes straight back to your account and the spot is released for someone else to take.

Inside 2 hours — you choose
Booking closes 2 hours before a session, so a spot released after that can’t be taken by anyone — the session is lost either way. The portal warns you and gives you the choice: keep your credit and a $20 late-cancellation fee goes on your account balance, or give the credit up and pay nothing.

On an unlimited membership
An unlimited booking never uses a credit, so there’s nothing to keep or give up. A late cancellation is simply charged the $20 fee. The same $20 applies to a no-show on an unlimited membership. On every other membership a no-show costs the credit and no fee.

Where the fee goes
The $20 is charged to the card on file. If there’s no card on file, or the card can’t be charged, it lands on your account balance instead and parents can settle it under Owed on the Payments tab. Either way the portal tells you which happened as soon as you confirm.

If a balance goes unpaid
Booking pauses only once $50 or more has been outstanding for more than 7 days — one session fee never affects your scheduling. It resumes the moment the balance is paid. Once a session has already started it can no longer be canceled at all; message Marcus if something genuinely came up.
