How to Find Your Way Around the Portal

Your front page, top to bottom
Signing in lands you here. Messages is the first thing on the page, with a red dot on it when the team has written to you. Under it, Your Sessions shows the hours you are booked into, and Book a Session sits right below them. Then Your Info — your program, how many sessions you have left, and how much you have logged.

Day, Week or Month
Three plain buttons at the top of Your Sessions. Day shows one day and calls out the next session coming up. Week lists the whole week. Month marks every day you are in — tap one to jump to it. The arrows move you back and forward.

The plan for an hour shows on that hour
When Marcus writes a plan for a session, it appears on that session’s row and a message arrives in your portal — which is what makes the phone buzz. Only the hitters booked into that exact hour can see it, and their parents. An hour with nothing on it just has no plan written yet. It is not the same as your Cage Card, which is about you and stays up until he changes it.

Everything you send is behind one button
Tap Submissions. Game reports, the weekly check-in, session prep, extra work, your journal and your goals are all on that one list. Nothing was deleted — they used to be separate cards spread across two menus, and everything you have already sent is exactly where it was.

5
Save one, and the next is one tap away
When you finish a form, press Back once and you land on the Submissions list again rather than at the top of the portal — so logging two games, or a game and a check-in, is two taps instead of six.

Your Cage Card opens full screen
Last on the Submissions list, under To read, not to send. It is the note Marcus writes about what you are working on, and it fills the whole screen in big type so it can be read standing in the cage. You cannot edit it — only Marcus writes it, and if it is empty he has not written one yet.

Everything else is still there
Under Your Data: My Profile, My Stats — your season, your swing and every game on one screen, with a PDF or spreadsheet you can save — and My Schedule. Under Training: My Program, the Drill Library, My Videos and Pitches Faced. None of them hide behind a menu any more — every button is on the page.
