It sits at the top right of the portal, on every screen, in both the player and the parent portal. It gives a slow pulse now and then until the first time you open it — that is it telling you it is there, not a fault.

Type what you are stuck on
Every how-to guide is searchable from that one box. Type cancel, or card, or waitlist, and the guide about it comes up. There are thirty-two of them and they all have real screenshots.

Or let it read the room
Open Help without typing anything and it leads with the guides for the screen you are already on — the money ones from the Payments section (under the Account tab), the booking ones from the Schedule.

Ask Tee for anything a guide does not cover
Ask Tee is on that same panel. Tee knows your credits, your next session, your membership and what you owe, and answers at any hour. If you had already typed something, the question goes straight over.

When it really does need a person
Tee hands you to the Hitting MD team itself when it cannot answer, and the Messages button at the top of the portal is always there. The guides and Tee are for the quick ones — the answers that already exist, at eleven at night, without waiting on anybody.
