How to Join the Waitlist

In Book a Session, find an hour inside your booking window that’s already full — it shows Full instead of open seats, and offers a Join Waitlist button.

Tap Join Waitlist and pick one of three:

Just this time — the one session, and nothing else.
Several times this day — tick the other full sessions that day that work for you.
Any time this day — every full session that day you’re able to take.

Whichever you pick, you are only ever booked into one of them. The first seat to open is yours and you come off all the others automatically, so you can never end up with two sessions for one opening. Only one credit is ever charged, and only at the moment you actually get a seat.

Choose Several times this day and the other full hours that day appear as a tick list — tick as many as suit you. Any time this day does the same thing without the ticking: it puts you on every full session that day you’re eligible for.

Nothing is held and nothing is charged to join, and you can be on as many waitlists as you like. You do need at least one unexpired credit available, because being given a seat spends a credit. Your family also needs a card on file — joining runs the same check booking does. Nothing is charged for it either; the card is there for a late-cancellation fee. A parent adds one in their portal under Payments → Payment method → Add A Payment Method. The list is ranked by membership tier first (Annual, then Quarterly, then Monthly), then by who joined first within the same tier.

If a seat opens, the top of the list is booked straight in and charged one credit at that moment — no action needed from you. You’re told two ways: a message in your portal Messages tab and a push notification on your phone. (There is no email — the portal message and the push are how you hear about it.)

Promotions stop at 1 PM for that day’s sessions. If you never get in, nothing is charged.
