How to Manage Your Profile

In the parent portal, open the My Profile tab. This is the account screen for you, the parent — your athlete’s stats and reports live on their own profile page instead.

Your name and phone, then Save Changes. Your email is shown but locked — it is how your account is matched to your athletes, so message Marcus if it needs changing. Email Me A Reset Link sends you a link to choose a new password.

Account credit shows each athlete’s balance, with a switch to use their credit automatically at checkout instead of being asked each time. Your card is not on this screen — the payment method, your plan, store credit and anything owed are all in Payments, further down the same Account tab. There is a button here that takes you straight there.
