How to Read Your Season Page

Open Season
From your portal home screen, tap My Stats, then Set your goals, and see every at-bat. Everything on this page is built from the at-bats you logged on your game reports — there is nothing here to type.
2
The three numbers at the top
Average is hits divided by at-bats. On base counts walks and hit-by-pitches too, which is why it is usually higher. Pitches per trip is how many pitches you see before your at-bat ends.
3
Pitches per trip, game by game
One bar per game, with a dashed line across it at your average for the stretch. This is the number you can move fastest — making a pitcher throw five instead of three is a decision, not a talent.
This sits above the pitch-type split on purpose. It reads off twenty at-bats. A pitch-type number needs a season behind it before it means anything.
4
How at-bats ended, by pitch
What happened when the last pitch was a fastball, a change, a breaking ball. Until you have 25 at-bats logged this shows counts only and tells you how many more it needs — an average off seven at-bats swings wildly and would just mislead you.
5
Where the ball was
A five-by-five grid, with the shaded middle being the strike zone and the outside ring off the plate. Tap Hits or Outs to swap which one it colours in. Inside and away are drawn for the side of the plate you stand on.
6
First pitch
How often you swung at the first pitch, counting only the at-bats where you answered the question. Neither high nor low is automatically right — it is there so you and your coach can talk about whether it matches your plan.
