Tap Submissions on your home screen, then Extra Work. The top half of that screen is Request Extra Work. The bottom half is where you post a video of work you have already done — two different things on one screen.

Pick a day
Any day from today onward. There is no cut-off time, so asking for tomorrow at eleven at night is fine.

Say what you want to work on — if you want to
One line is plenty: tee work, staying through the ball, seeing off-speed. It is optional, and leaving it blank does not hold anything up.

Send Request
It says Sent. Marcus will come back to you. Nothing has been booked and no credits have been used — it is an ask, and he decides. Do not turn up on that date until he has confirmed it.

Your requests stay on the screen
Each one shows the date and either waiting on Marcus or sorted. That is there so nobody sends the same request three times wondering whether it went anywhere.
