A parent account and a player account are two different logins. The parent makes theirs with an email and a password. The player’s is set up here, once, with a code.

Find the 6-character setup code
It is on the offer Marcus sent you. Six characters, and it belongs to that one athlete.
3
Open the player portal and tap “First time here? Set up your account”
It is under the sign-in box on the player side.
4
Enter the name exactly as it is on the application
Not a nickname, not a shortened version. The name and the code have to match the same athlete or it will not go through — that pairing is the whole reason this is safe to do without an email.
5
Choose a password
At least six characters, typed twice. It is theirs from then on, and they can change it later from their profile.
6
It signs you straight in
There is no second form and no confirmation email. Tap Create My Login and the portal logs the athlete in on the spot.
7
If it refuses
The usual cause is the name not matching the application, or the code belonging to a different athlete. Check both against the offer. A code can only be used to set up the account once — after that, it is an ordinary login with the password you chose.
