How to Sign the Waiver & Agreement

The Hitting MD · ~1 min · Parents
1
Sign in to the parent portal
The first time you sign in after this went live, the portal stops and asks you to sign before anything else. You can’t book, buy or browse until it’s done — that’s deliberate.
2
Read the two documents
The Waiver and Release and the Membership Agreement both appear in the scrolling box. Scroll through them. The waiver covers the risk that comes with hitting instruction; the agreement covers credits, cancellations, billing and refunds.
3
Tick the box and type your name
The tick box confirms you agree on behalf of your athlete. Type your full legal name in the field underneath — that typed name is your signature, and it’s stored with the date and the exact version of the documents you were shown.
4
Tap Sign
That athlete is done. If you have more than one athlete on your account, the next one comes straight up — one signature per athlete, because each is a separate agreement. The name field clears between them on purpose.
5
You’re back in
Once every athlete is signed for, the portal opens up and behaves normally. You won’t be asked again unless one of the documents actually changes — and if it does, you’ll be shown the new wording rather than being treated as having agreed to it.
