How to Submit a Weekly Check-In

Open Weekly Check-In
Tap the Weekly Check-In card in the portal. It’s a quick pulse so Coach knows how your week went.

Fill it out
Pick how you’re feeling, note what you’re working on, and add anything for Coach. Then tap Submit Check-In.

Keep the streak
Check in each week — it counts toward your activity streak and keeps Coach in the loop between sessions.
