How to Update Your Payment Method

In the portal, tap the Payments tab and find Payment method. Everything about money is on that one tab — your membership, your payment method, store credit, anything owed, and every payment you have made.

Tap Add A Payment Method — it says Change Payment Method once you already have one. That opens Stripe’s own secure page, where you add, replace or remove a card or bank account. Every family needs a card on file before sessions can be booked — including annual families who have already paid for the year. Nothing is charged when you book; the card covers the merch store, late-cancellation and no-show fees, and any future payment.

Stripe brings you straight back to the portal. That card is what gets charged from then on — for your membership renewal and for anything you buy. You can change it any time.
