How to Use Account Credit

Credit builds up from referrals, refunds and gift cards. You don’t spend it from a separate screen — just buy what you want from the store or the College page and the portal handles the rest.

If the athlete has credit, this appears before checkout. It tells you how much is available, how much comes off this purchase, and what — if anything — is left to pay on the next screen. Tap Apply Account Credit to use it, or the other button to pay in full and keep it for later.

Tick Always use my credit first in that panel, or go to My Profile → Account credit in the parent portal and turn on use their credit first at checkout. Each athlete has their own balance and their own switch, because credit is earned and spent per athlete.

Backing out of checkout costs you nothing — the credit is still there. It only comes off once the payment actually clears, and the amount is worked out from your real balance rather than anything typed into the page.
