Tap the red Help button in the corner of any page, then tap Ask Tee. Tee opens with a hello and a text box — type into it the same way you would text somebody.

Ask anything
Programs, scheduling, memberships, pricing, policies, or how to do something in the portal. Tee answers straight away, and when there is an illustrated guide for what you asked it gives you the link.

Need a human?
If Tee can’t help, it hands you off to the Hitting MD team — the reply comes right back in this same chat, not your Messages button at the top of the portal. A dot on the Help button lets you know when one is waiting.
