How to Use the Payments Tab

Open Payments in your parent portal
Everything about money is on this one tab — what you are on, what you owe, what you have in credit, your card, and every payment you have ever made. It used to be spread over four tabs and a profile screen; it is all here now.

Your membership — what you are actually paying for
The top block is the live plan: its name, the amount, and the date of the next payment. If it is set to stop it says Ending and the date instead. If a payment did not go through it says so and tells you to update your card below. Session credits and passes are not memberships, so they are not here — they show under Payment history.
3
Manage or Cancel opens Stripe, not us
That button hands you to Stripe’s own secure page, where you can change how you pay or cancel. Canceling stops the next payment — you keep every session you have already paid for.
4
Ready to buy — only when Marcus has lined something up
If a plan has been staged for your hitter, a card appears with the price and a Proceed to Checkout button. If you have store credit you can type how much of it to put toward the first payment before you go. Nothing is staged? Then there is no card, which is normal.
5
Payment method
Shows the card or bank account on file and its expiry. If there is nothing on file it says so in amber — sessions cannot be booked until something is there. Card and bank details are held by Stripe and never stored by us.
6
Store credit and Owed
Store credit is money sitting on the athlete’s account from referrals, refunds or a gift card, and it goes against anything owed automatically. Owed lists anything outstanding per athlete, with a button to clear it from credit, from a card, or from both at once. If there is nothing it says you are all square.
7
Payment history
Every payment, newest first, with the date, what it was for, and whether it went through. Each row links to Stripe’s own receipt, which is the one to send to a league or an insurer if you ever need it.
