How to Book a Session

Your family needs a card saved before any session can be booked. Nothing is charged to book — the card is there for a late-cancellation fee, and for the day the family would rather have a membership charged than billed. It sits on a parent’s account, so a parent adds it in their own portal under Payments — the Payment method block, then Add A Payment Method. That opens Stripe’s secure page and brings them straight back. If there isn’t one, tapping Book tells you so instead of taking the hour.

Tap the Book a Session card in the portal. You’ll see the open times your membership can book.

Until Saturday 19 September the schedule runs through 30 September. That morning the rest of October and November opens, in waves by plan — yearly at 9:00 AM, quarterly at 10:00 AM, monthly at 11:00 AM, Eastern. Once your wave opens you can book anything through 30 November. Every family gets all of October and November either way — the hour only decides who picks first.

Every hour shows whether it’s In-Person or Remote, with an Open marker for each free seat. Choose one and tap Book — your credits apply automatically. If an hour is already full it shows Full and offers Join Waitlist instead: that’s free, and you’re booked in automatically (and charged one credit) if a seat opens.

Your booked hour stays on that same Book a Session screen with your name on it — that’s how you know it’s yours. Tap Add to Calendar to drop it into your phone.

To move it: tap Change Session and pick another time on that same day. The credit moves across with the session — nothing extra is charged and no fee applies. You can only move into a time that is still more than 2 hours away, so if nothing later that day is open you’ll be told there are no other slots.

To drop it: tap Cancel. More than 2 hours before the session that’s free and your credit comes straight back. Inside 2 hours it’s a late cancellation, and you choose: keep your credit and a $20 late-cancellation fee applies, or give the credit up and pay nothing. On an unlimited membership there’s no credit to keep or give up, so a late cancellation is simply the $20 fee. Once a session has started it can’t be canceled at all.
