Top Questions
Booking & Scheduling
Once logged in, go to Book a Session and select the session type (individual, group, or clinic). Choose your preferred date and time from the available slots and complete checkout.
If you have a membership or credit pass, your credits will automatically apply at checkout.
Go to My Schedule in your profile and find the upcoming session. Click Cancel or Reschedule. The deadline is 3:00 PM on the day of the session for every membership tier, including Standby.
Cancel before 3pm to free up the spot and get your credit back. After 3pm the session is locked. Please reach out if you have an emergency situation.
When a session slot is full and it's within your booking window, you can join that slot's waitlist for free — no credit is held. The list is ranked by membership tier first (Annual, then Quarterly, then Monthly), and by who joined first within the same tier.
If a spot opens, the top-ranked person is automatically booked into the session, charged 1 credit at that moment, and notified by a message in your portal chat (Messages tab) and a push. No action required on your part.
You can be on as many waitlists as you like at once. The moment you're promoted into one, you're automatically removed from your other waitlists for that same day. If you never get in, nothing is charged.
Promotions stop at 3pm for that day's sessions. Standby members do not have waitlist access.
No — joining a waitlist is free, and you can be on as many as you like at once. A credit is only deducted at the moment you're actually promoted into a session.
- Nothing is held while you wait on the list
- 1 credit is charged the instant a spot opens and you're booked in
- Refunded if you cancel that booked spot before the 3pm deadline
It depends on your membership tier:
- Annual — the full program year, the moment the schedule is published on Aug 31
- Quarterly — up to 3 months ahead
- Monthly — up to 1 month ahead
- Standby — day of only, booking opens at 3:00 PM
A slot outside your window opens to you once your window reaches it. If it's already full at that point, you can join its waitlist.
The portal is open year-round except Aug 15–30, when booking and purchases are closed while next year's schedule is prepared. You can still log in, submit forms, and chat during that window.
Booking and the store reopen Aug 31, when the full year's schedule is published.
Credits are applied automatically at checkout when you book a session. You can also schedule credits directly from My Profile → Credits — this will show your available credit balance and let you select a time to use them.
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with an option to add the event to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. You can also find this option in My Schedule by clicking the session details.
Payments
Go to My Profile → Payment Methods. From there you can add a new card, remove an existing one, or set a default payment method. All card information is securely stored and encrypted.
If you have an outstanding balance, you'll see a notification when you log in. Go to My Profile → Billing to view and pay any open balances directly.
Yes. At checkout, select Apply Account Credit to use available credit toward your purchase. You can also set account credit as your default payment method under My Profile → Payment Methods.
Payment plans are available on select programs. If a payment plan option exists for an event or membership, you'll see it displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Memberships & Passes
No. The Hitting MD is a year-round development program for High School and College hitters. We do not offer seasonal enrollment — players at these levels are expected to commit to ongoing development, not just in-season work.
If you're looking for a summer-only program, this isn't the right fit. If you're ready to train year-round, we'd love to have you.
Go to Memberships from the main navigation and browse available tiers. Select the one that fits your training frequency and complete checkout. Your membership activates immediately upon purchase.
A few High School in-person plans are currently full — the 3× / Week options (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual), the Unlimited (Annual) plan, and the 1× / Week (Monthly) plan. Roster spots are kept limited on purpose so every hitter gets real reps and attention.
On any sold-out plan, tap Join Waitlist and add your hitter — there's no payment, just your place in line. You'll be the first contacted when a spot opens. Plans still showing Apply Now (like 2× / Week) are open for enrollment right now.
Two things vary by tier: how many sessions per month (and the per-session price), and how far ahead you can book — Annual sees the full year, Quarterly 3 months, Monthly 1 month, and Standby day-of only (booking opens at 3:00 PM). Higher tiers offer more sessions at a lower per-session cost plus more booking certainty. Annual plans provide the greatest value. You can view a full breakdown of tiers and pricing on the Memberships page.
To cancel, go to My Profile → Memberships and submit a membership management request. Cancellations are processed at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll retain access through that period.
If you have questions about your specific terms, reach out directly before submitting.
Credit passes are available under Memberships & Passes. A credit pass gives you a set number of session credits to use at your own pace, without a recurring monthly charge. Session credits expire at the end of the season they were purchased in — see "When do my credits expire?" below.
Credits expire at the end of the season they were bought in — the date is calculated automatically when you purchase, so there's nothing to track.
- Annual plan credits — last until Aug 15
- Quarterly credits — bought Aug 31–Feb expire Mar 1; bought Mar–Aug 14 expire Aug 15
- Monthly & single-session credits — bought Aug 31–Nov expire Dec 1; Dec–Feb expire Mar 1; Mar–May expire Jun 1; Jun–Aug 14 expire Aug 15
Any credits left unused after the expiration date are forfeited.
Standby is a low-cost, flexible tier — $15/month for access plus $30 per session. Standby members can only book open spots on the day of a session — booking opens at 3:00 PM — and only when no one is on that slot's waitlist (the 3 PM and 4 PM slots stay bookable right up to start time; later slots close 2 hours before). There's no future visibility and no waitlist access.
It's offered at Coach Davis's discretion by private link and isn't listed in the store. If a Standby member books zero sessions in a billing month, the $15 fee rolls over to their account balance (usable toward session credits, expires Aug 15).
Yes — Annual and Unlimited members get 25% off session credit purchases, and Quarterly members get 15% off. Monthly and Standby members pay full price. Membership prices themselves increase 5% each year on Aug 30; if you're in an active plan you keep your rate until renewal.
Your membership agreement is available under My Profile → Memberships. Click on your active membership and select View Agreement to read or download a copy.
Training & Content
At-home training content is available in the My Content section of your portal after you're enrolled in a program that includes it. You'll also receive email delivery each month with direct links.
For individual and group training sessions, bring your bat, batting gloves, and helmet. Cleats or turf shoes are recommended. Water and a positive attitude are required.
For youth clinics, equipment needs are minimal — a tee-ball or youth bat if available, but we have equipment on site.
Reach out directly through the Contact page or reply to any confirmation email. We'll get back to you promptly.
